Last wednesday charity organisation 10,000 HOURS teamed up with Seth Troxler, Kölsch and Tom Trago to prepare, cook and serve lunch for the homeless people of the Rainbow Group during the ADE.
Troxler on his Facebook page: “Not everyone gets dealt the same hand in life, but that doesn’t make anyone less equal or valuable. this vid sums up the amazing time we had with 10,000 HOURS cooking for homeless people in Amsterdam.”
Troxler was joined by his compadre Tom Trago
and Danish masterchef Kölsch
, who won the ADE Cook Off for the second time this year. Troxler: ‘The thing that got me into charity more than anything else was the fact that I grew up poor. Once you know that poverty doesn’t come from the lack of effort but from the lack of resource you have a greater empathy for the world.”
